what to expect

In this video I demonstrate a few short excerpts from sample exercises that take place in my Motion in Mind program, from warm-up exercises and self-massage techniques to mindful meditative moments.

The exercises are guided by me in detail during the live sessions, of course. Close attention is also paid to the breathing techniques.

I always guide you through a variety of versions of the exercises, from very light to somewhat athletic, and explain variations in standing or sitting. No one should feel under- or underchallenged.

The sequences are loosely structured as seen in the video. From units of limbering and stretching, to quiet and mindful pauses. Very often, I include a short “restart for the head” to help you return to the day feeling refreshed and energized.

The Motion in Mind program in a nutshell:

I offer short, live online fitness sessions via conferencing software for office staff right at their workplace, be it in the office, on the road or at home.

My techniques have their origins in the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung but distilled to their core essence to benefit a more mainstream target group which can be generalized as “busy-people”. People like you.
